Ellen Scult is a graduate of Cornell University and Boston University School of Law. She authored the original chapters entitled “Guardianship and Conservatorship” and “Litigating Elder Issues” for Massachusetts Elder Law, 2nd Ed. Attorney Scult provides advice to local Councils of Aging in the MetroWest area and has given lectures regarding a range of topics including guardianships and conservatorships and financial elder abuse. As a volunteer with the Senior Partners for Justice, she reviews care plans for the Probate and Family Court. She is a member of the Massachusetts Guardianship Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association.
Ellen lives in Wayland with her husband. She is on the Wayland Council on Aging and is active with the Friends of the Wayland Public Library.
